Lloyds Pharmacy in store Refund.

Purchased an item on line from Lloyds, item faulty when received, their returns policy allows return to local store for a refund.

On taking the item back assistant was unsure of procedure for refunding on Visa card. They them spoke to pharmacist who is apparently in charge, who was also uncertain how to proceed, but after making a telephone call made a refund and gave a receipt.

Just checked my account on line and the transaction has been shown as a purchase. So back to Lloyds to- morrow and see what happens this time.
