For all these people saying things along the lines of....

"i'm closing my account because of the pi$$ poor rates"

Can you tell me which account/s you're then putting your money in to that gets you the super high rates that you must be moving to?

And why didn't you put your money in those higher rate accounts in the first place?
Spend it Problem solved, no more spreadsheets . excel ; ent idea.:)

the other two have a 0.01p balance.
I know many take great pride in getting a high percentage return from these accounts by running low balances but don't recall anyone doing so with as little as a hundredth of a penny! ;)

Is there any confirmation as to what is happening to the tiers on the Club Lloyds?
All the press is about the top rate dropping to 2% from 4.

The rate is 2% flat on all balances from £1 to £5,000.

You mean from the horse's mouth so to speak? Well yes there is...on the Lloyds website...

    https://www.lloydsbank.com/assets/media/pdfs/current-accounts/personal_banking_terms_and_conditions.pdf#page=2

See page 1, which details all changes, not just those relating to the tiers being removed.

    Thanks Ed and YB,

I had a look on the Lloyds site, but didn't come across that.
