DCFC - that number is Asda House, spoken to the numerous times, each time they refer me to the contact centre in the Phillipines and tell me there is no uk based centre above the contact centre. I would stop using Asda however I have paid for a 12 month delivery pass and only used 5 months of it!!
I dont believe theres no one in the UK who can deal with it.
Items missing are down to the staff picking your orders, you tried complaining on Twitter/Facebook about that issue.0 -
No neither do I, it's just who to complain to...since I seem to be getting no where at the moment which is why I'm asking on here.
I'm not on Facebook but have complained on twitter, when I DM them they just say the refund is 'being processed' and 'it's with the 'specialised payments department' whoever they are! And I don't receive the refunds...it is unbelievably frustrating.0 -
Raise a chargeback claim on your credit/debit card that you used for payment?0

Write (Snail mail) to whoever the CEO is, and send it to Head Office.
Address the letter as "personal" and state your complaint..
Always works for me, with any company. Phone calls and Emails are usually a waste of time.
Lin You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.0 -

They then offered you a £10 good will credit. As for you thinking its compensation, what monetary losses have you suffered?
Then they offered you a £6 month pass.
Seems like good customer service for a small error.
Why some people get so stressed and irate over the silliest of issues is beyond me.
Some people need a reason to get up in the morning, perhaps having a row, complaining, stamping feet, raging at some poor person trying to do their job, is this posters?0 -
Use Twitter to the CEO then every man and is dog can see it. Asda do NOT like adverse publicity. Next step is to dump Asda for another useless home delivery setup.0

Changing my post because I anticipate that the mods are deleting the posts of other users.
