Not showing on electoral roll even though im registered

I've lived at the same address for over 10 years and as far as i'm aware always been on the electoral roll- always been able to vote etc.
I've just this month looked at my credit files that say i was registered at the address till 2013 but no longer. I've re-registered online and was informed there's no need to as i'm already listed.

I'm wondering why my credit file are saying i was off it from 2013. Seems bizarre to me.

Ask your local council perhaps?

Registering to vote is catered for by an online system.

You can opt for a postal ballot or choose to walk in and make your vote.

This is not much help if you are offline. For local information regarding voting eligibility and borough/constituency boundary issues, consider consulting a public library, if they still exist, in your area.

One question are you on the "edited" register? i.e. the one open to companies to spam you....... or the one where you are just registered to vote. On my noddle it shows I am not on the edited register.
