thanks!, i had considered but, it's just; complaining, and then having to see the person you are complaining about thereafter (when they are not seemingly the nicest person to begin with), does not really seem like a great idea.... red flag to bull.

unless they can gazump sick notes too?, they don't have medical training even i don't think...

You still don't know why they called - they're not allowed to leave more detailed messages so advising that they'll call back is about as much as they can do. You need to have the courtesy to call them back.

You've already been assessed as you're in the WRAG. A sick note will not do anything except delay the activity, it will not prevent you having to do it. The assessment trumps the sick note. If you feel you are genuinely incapable of the activity, full stop, you'll need to request it be looked at again.

I think the sick note is certainly worth a try.

I appreciate your view re minimal contact from JCP, but with a direct line to your advisor that gives you a quick route to sort out any issues that might crop up.

they called for a "review"... i don't know what that means, and i will call them IN MY OWN TIME because i have see a renal specialist (stage 3 kidney disease GFR) the day they arranged for my carrears advice....

...nice finding me a carrear, when i could be dead etc, against the advice of a doctor no ?

having already caused my a hernia and increased the risk of appendicitis...

anyway, thanks for the help, i will get a sick note...

i had my WCA in september, but it had to be re-scheduled, because the lady typed in her password wrong too many times and got locked out the system so it got rescheduled till later this month.....
