Hi,
I want to get a prepaid travel card for my trip to USA and Costa Rica. I have US dollars in cash and I want to be able to get a prepaid card in the UK that I can initially top up in USD in cash. Do you know any card that allows cash top ups that I can use for online shopping and at the ATMs worldwide?
