Kids Pass charges on account before trial finished

I advise anyone who took advantage of the Kids Pass deal to check their bank account. I signed up on 31st August and paid the £1 only to find that I'd been debited £39.99 on 3rd October.

I've contacted to ask for a refund but suggest you check in case you leave it too late.

Quick update, heard back from Jessica at Kids Pass who tells me that I was charged because I passed the renewal date on the card/app and because I have now reviewed they will not refund me. No mention of why my renewal date was one month after I joined rather than 100 days, nor why it was 39.99 rather than 29.99. I have responded to direct her to answer these anomalies but don't hold out much hope so will need to go to my bank to have the charge reversed.

I urge you to check your balance if you are in the belief you are on an extended trial.
