  • It will be interesting to see what Parking Eye include in their evidence pack regarding proof of landowner authority at Aire Street. They've lost at POPLA on several occasions by providing a poor scan of a document which they claim gives them authority to issue pcn's at this site.. The scan is so poor, POPLA assessors haven't been able to confirm if PE actually do have authority.

They'll pull out, they won't contest this.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Great stuff, I thought there was enough in that appeal to stop them - the 'throw the kitchen sink at it' approach works well v ParkingEye.

This was the appeal and it can be adapted for other Aire Street or 'dodgy machine' cases:

I am happy it worked for you, marganne.

Next to their normal missives, C-M, even your War & Peace Kitchen Sinks are mere short stories. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
