Has anyone been successful with any ppi catalogue claims using the letter templates from this site?:)

Template letters reduce your chances or success. People tend to leave in reasons that dont apply and can be easily refuted. In balance of probability decisions (which is a lot of them), the most credible side tends to win. If your template letter includes fake reasons then it can harm you.
If you intend to use a template, then make sure it is accurate and personalised to your situation. Alternatively, use the FOS questionnaire.
