+1 Askmid and put a claim in for the insurance.
If i thought the driver was withholding insurance info then i would report him for failing to stop.
If its the company then i would just get the info from askmid and surprise them when their insurance asks they why they failed to report it.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

But he did stop, there's no requirement to provide insurance details at the scene for a damage only accident.0
