Think I forgot my road tax, how do I check?

Think I should have paid for it in September. I wasn't sent a reminder in the post or an email that I noticed. How do I check? What are the consequences? What do I do? So much going on in life and the sticker in the dashboard isn't used anymore so difficult to remember.

They send you a letter in the post, assuming you've told them your address?

My new address was changed on my licence which is with the DVLA, so why didn't they send a letter. I checked my email and paid for last years on Sep24th, what do I do now? And why no letter?

ok typed in reg on that site and it was due Oct 1st. So what do I do now?

They will send the letter to the address on the registration document, v5c. Did you change the address on that?

And how about the address on your V5c (AKA Log book) did you get the address changed on that?

Pay it quick for God's sake - that all that needs to be done.

Changing address for your driving licence has absolutely nothing to do with the address on your car's V5C.

You didn't imagine that the 3rd floor of DVLA speak to the 4th floor did you?

Pay it online. Today.
You have 14 days from the date it runs out to renew it (actually, not sure if this is still the case), but you shouldn't drive till it's sorted.
