I didn't pay a Parking Eye ticket when I didn't purchase a ticket on 2 April 2013.
Yesterday, I have received a letter from BW legal services saying I need to pay £154. I hadn't heard anything for years, and then this.
Please can someone help?

Start by reading through the NEWBIES thread, and take a little time to understand the issues.

This isn't ParkingEye though surely - you mean Excel Parking Services or VCS?

You merely need to search this forum board for 'BW Legal' because we can't possibly re-type the same things from scratch every time. We see BW Legal threads every day so it is very easy to find how to reply to these letters. Show us what you find and put together as a response, based on your forum search.

Thank you for that. I have done all of this. Now I really do need to know where I am with this and what to do next!

If you don't know, then you have not yet read and understood the contents of the NEWBIES thread.

You will get help and advice on here, but one look at the number of threads each day will tell you that the regulars simply do not have time to walk you through this, and that you really do need to do a lot of the legwork yourself.
