Scaffolding over boundary

Is the problem the scaffolding or the neighbours? We have scaffolding overhanging our property at the moment but I don't consider it a problem. The builders singing on the other hand...
You say it's one thing after another with this build, I don't know what the other problems are but it's a temporary situation which will go away eventually. If the real problem is the neighbours then that's a different matter.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0 -
When my neighbour was having a double extension built. It was at the bottom of my garden so away from the house. But they built right up to the boundary with the scaffold my side, then where it gets up to the roof it probably overhangs a foot or more over the boundary. I didn't see it as a problem although i didn't expect it to take so long, but neither than they. I think it kept getting delayed 'cos of funds.
But it's done now and we're still friends.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.
