PCN for parking on private road

Hi I received a PCN stuck on my windscreen dated 09/09/16. I was park on a road where previously no boards on lampposts stated this a week before I got ticked I noticed boards with this sign on. I work in a warehouse and my boss owns it. It is not rented. I parked on the so called access road as our car park was full. I have not appealed it yet but could anyone please advise if I should pay or appeal it. The reason I been ticketed it says parked on access road the company is vehicle control services Ltd. The board says no parking but at beginning of the road road workers are parked all day doing road works how are they except and don't get tickets  but board states it's a access road.please can anyone advise what the best action is thanks for your time

Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES then send the BPA template in blue that you will find there. Do it today before they send a notice to keeper as they may forget if you appeal first, giving you a valuable appeal point for your second stage PoPLA appeal.

Also, ask the landowner to cancel it in parallel to your appeal.
