Faulty microwave Currys

Hi
I bought a microwave oven at the end of July online from Currys. We didn't install it for about a month and when we did we discovered the LCD display was faulty. When I contacted customer services they said that because it was over 30 days they would not replace it (which I wanted as it arrived faulty) and would only repair it. I had to leave it as it was our only means of cooking at the time.
Now about a month later I turned it on this morning to find it doesn't work! I turned it to the microwave function, it came on and the turntable went round but it did not heat. It then wouldn't stop turning and even when I turned the dial to the off position it was still going around! I tried it again later and it sparked from the inside.
I wouldn't consider that to be safe and don't think I should have to accept a repair on that. We have had it for less than 3 months and been using it for even less.
Can anyone give me some advise on my rights before I contact them?
Thanks!

They are entitled to have an opportunity to repair it if that's what they wish. You can request a refund or a replacement but they may well (probably will) say no.0
