Travel insurance - Please Help

I am after some desperate help please. We recently were on holiday in Mallorca and I dislocated my shoulder, and I had to attend hospital to have it relocated.
The travel insurance details (Cover For you) were given and all was Ok as far as I knew. I then got home and 3 weeks since the accident had a call to say they are not paying as I have medication for anxiety that I did not declare.
This was a complete oversight as I don't take the medication, it is more in my cupboard for bad days but I don't take them, I have actually thrown them all now but anyway they wont pay as they say they will not cover me.

I raised this with ombudsman and I sent him a quote from cover for you including anxiety (I raised when i was back to prove they would cover if I didn't forget to add it) and he advised the insurers should pay as it was clearly an error to miss them off, and the shoulder was not connected to anxiety and the insurers would have insured me.

They are fighting the claim and have insisted they would not have insured me, I have been asked to check the 2 insurance certificates from cover for you and one was SOLID Insurance, and the other is HC Insurance so it looks like I am now doomed unless I can prove SOLID Insurance would cover anxiety as they are adamant they don't.

I have tried to find them online but I can't find any companies that work with SOLID anymore, I am not surprised but I am desperate need of help.

1) As far as I am concerned my insurance was with cover for you, I didn't think to check about underwriters etc, it is cover for you and they said it was covered

2) Even better, does anyone have any insurance with this company as underwriters and you have claimed anxiety and they covered you. If anyone has this, I would love to hear from you

I am desperate for any help as I am being threatened with a bill of over £7000, I know extautionate for a shoulder reduction. This is another part of the debate as I asked for public with my EHIC card and they took me private.

overall it has been a horrible few weeks and I am still waiting for surgery in UK to fix my shoulder but the stress of this latest news is unbearable and I just don't know what to do, if anyone can please help me.

I don't need any stories that we should have declared it, I know this already and it was a genuine error so please don't bother with this as I am too stressed out to argue, I am just genuinely after some help that I can share with the ombudsman, especially if you have ever been covered by this company.

On another note I would recommend avoiding them like the plague, even without this incident they have been terrible all the way through the injury process etc. They simply do not care.

Thanks for reading and hope someone out there has this one bit of Info I desperately need.
Thanks
