Replacement remote

My wife lost one of the remotes for our year old Toyota. Rather then just being a remote it's a keyless entry and start system so i guess the remote is pretty technical.
Toyota are quoting £300 to replace this. Anywhere I can get this done cheaper?

If you want it to do all the functions of the original then you have little alternative than to get the genuine Toyota one.
