I received a parking ticket from a ppc which only had the day but not month or year on it is this a valid ticket as they are now threatening court and ccj ?

it is probably a ruse to get you to call them and give away who was driving ...

so please have a read then come back for more help / advice

and then tell us who the PPc is

Thanks Ralph will read but we have already responded to them asking for a copy of the parking ticket and who they were working for and there response was that we had lost our appeal and if we didn't pay they would take us to Court and we would have a ccj

Having read the NEWBIES thread, I assume you are now informed as to how their threats are, while not necessarily "hollow", a lot harder for them than they make out. You may as well let us know which PPC this is. They will almost certainly forget to sent an NTK, and anyway, they will already have failed to conform to POFA. I hope you didn't reveal in any way whatsoever who the driver was.

Hi the company is called conkai security and yes my partner said he was the registered keeper. We parked in oxford behind the Malmaison hotel asked two staff members if it was okay they said yes by the time we had checked in and gone to get our bags and move car to the front of hotel we had a ticket with day but no month or year we phoned to query this and the girl couldn't find the ticket over 3months later we had a NTK which we replied to asking for a copy of ticket and who contracted them basically a copy of a letter found on line next thing you have lost your apeal

We assume you have searched this forum board already for the word 'Conkai' before posting and read about them and the fact they do not sue people and you will not get a CCJ? Only take seriously actual court papers or a letter from a solicitor.

Unlikely, but check each letter over the next six years, to be sure - and make sure if you move house, write to give the idiots your new address.

why have a company running for "x" yrs" and not use it?


renshaw basically became the owner in 2013 , why would he buy a company that was doing nothing ?
