Shower seal / mould / dry ?

I have recently replaced the shower seal in the bathroom. We had some small bit of black mould growing on the seal, which was rather gross!
This new stuff has been on for about a month and just yesterday I noticed tiny forms of it coming back.
Here are a couple of pics of the environment. Is the screen affecting ventilation maybe?

A quick wipe got rid of it all, but should I be drying the seal area after every shower? Normally I just wipe down the screen and tiles with the squeegee after I shower and leave the floor
Am I doing it wrong ? haha

If water is able to sit on the silicon, it will hasten the mould. Easiest thing to do is wipe the sealant with a cloth after a shower.
Some sealants are better than others; I generally only use Dow Corning's 785 in my bathrooms.0 -
Not sure what your problem is, but we don't have this problem in our downstairs shower room. It has a half-decent extractor on the wall, though the ventilation probably isn't as good as it can be as the gap at the bottom of the door should be a bit bigger. The only area in the room where we get some mould problems is around the window where its colder.
Don't get any spots of mould elsewhere including the shower silicone and all we do is squeegee the doors and spray the rest with some shower spray after use.0
