Hi all,

This is my first post so sorry if I'm the wrong place!

I ordered a glass splash back for a client in May 2016 from colouredglass.co.uk. The company claim that they can match and paint from Dulux and so we ordered a blue shade.
When the splashback was delivered it was cream so clearly the wrong product. I have tried calling many times (you can't get through on the number on the website) and emailing. I have got 2 responses to my many emails, the final one apologising and stating they would sent a replacement. This was in the 2nd September and so far nothing has been received.
My question is, is there anyway of getting the money back (sadly it was paid for by debit card)?

When you say you ordered it for a client, was this a B2B transaction between you and colouredglass?

You should look into Chargeback, although I'm not sure whether the transaction being B2B (which it seems to be) would complicate things. If it is accepted you would probably need to return the faulty item first.

The alternative is LBA and Small Claims.
