I have accepted the offer and the money is being refunded without me signing a gagging order. I simply told them I would not set out to be deliberately damaging to them but if my opinion was sought that I would give a fair an honest evaluation of them.

At first they were great and I praised them for this, however things started to unravel in the months afterwards and concerns I had were unresolved and new ones surfaced.

Have they ruined anything? No

Have I said they have? No

Have they caused me unnecessary hassle? Yes

Have I said this? Yes

I haven't junoed on the bandwagon of wanting something for nothing or compensation etc that seems to be all rage these days. All I wanted was a refund of money I'd paid as I felt they were no longer meeting our expectations or agreed standards. I only used the cooling off period on the advice of the CAB it transpires that this was wrong. But my original reason still stood.

I have no interest in a personal vendetta, I don't have the time for it. But I didn't agree with being bound to keep quiet about poor service if asked.
