TA6 property Information form

Just a quick question please. Are TA6 property info forms identical across the country or do different solicitorsdesign their own TA6 forms?

TA6 is designed by the Law Society, not by individual solicitors or firms.

The current version is version 3, but some solicitors may use an earlier version (though unlikely).

Some soliciors may chose not to use the TA6 (it is not compulsory) and may substitute their own 'Fixtures and Fittings' form.

I (a seller, not a solicitor) recently tried to complete the TA6 my solicitor sent me and found it inadequate for listing the property's contents, so I attached an addendum (word document).

You also do sometimes see slightly different formatting depending on how the solicitors purchased the form
