This Competition is open to any University student based in mainland UK.
Submissions to enter into the competition must be made by the individual student aged 18 and over, who are in full time education at University.
1 – This Competition is not open to employees of Kabuto Foods Limited, their family members or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
2 – The competition will run from Monday 3rd October to 17th October 2016
3 – Participants enter the competition by filling out all required fields within the form
4 – 10 winners will be drawn at random.
5 – A University official may be contacted to confirm hall of resident numbers.
6 – In the event of the winner not meeting entry requirements, no replacement prize can be offered.
7 – No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed or misdirected, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
8 – The winner will be notified by email. If you have not won you will also be notified by email.
9 – The Kabuto Foods Limited decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10 – The winner will be required to provide full name, university name, name of hall of residence and delivery address.
11 – Kabuto Noodles does not take responsibility for miss-spelling of University Halls upon entry
12 – Please make sure you enter the full, official name of your halls of residence
13 – No cash or other alternative is available to this prize.
14 – The prize must be taken by the prize winner/their halls of residence and may not be passed on to a third party.
15 – If Kabuto Foods Limited cannot contact the winner within seven days of the prize draw, Kabuto Foods Limited reserves the right to conduct another prize draw to determine a new winner.
16 – Kabuto Foods Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any stage, owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control.
18 – By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and those imposed by Kabuto Foods Limited.
