Zip them into a single attachment?

I highlighted all the documents and the right clicked and pressed send to compressed zip folder and the zipped folder still came to 21mb which is only 1 mb less than the other ? what can I do?0

You could put the documents in a Dropbox or Onedrive folder and share just the link to the folder in the mail.0

Is it secure to do that?0

Is it secure to do that? What does onedrive mean when it says anyone can edit>0

The link allows the recipient (and anyone who they share it with) to download the files. You can delete them from dropbox when they have been downloaded.0

Tell whoever you are sending the files to to get themselves a gmail account then send you an email from that new gmail address so you have the correct one.
You can now send a 25meg file to that gmail address. Sorted.0 -
You could try saving the files as PDFs, that sometimes creates a smaller file (but sometimes a bigger one - I'm sure there's reason behind it but I have yet to figure it out).0

Do the documents have a lot of images in them? JPEGs don't compress much. If you really want to make smaller documents with images, I'd look at resizing the images. Or send them as they are over multiple messages to reduce the individual message size.blackcloud wrote: »I highlighted all the documents and the right clicked and pressed send to compressed zip folder and the zipped folder still came to 21mb which is only 1 mb less than the other ? what can I do?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. Why not zip them and use a service like mailbigfile.com?Old Faithful we roam the range together,
Old Faithful in any kind of weather,
When the round up days are over,
And the Boulevard’s white with clover,
For you old faithful pal of mine.0
