Credit file

Hi there,

Ok so long story short I received a CCJ for an overdrawn TSB account (10GBP) It was a charge I never realised it was there. Anyway I disputed it as the address was an old address and I visited a branch to change it before never using the account. Anyway it wasnt done and mail was going to an old address. The report always had this account as satisfied with a 10gbp balance. I checked it yesterday and now the balance is zero, and the account now says settled. What does this mean? My complaint was handled and they removed the ccj?

Thanks!

    Hi

Do you mean you disputed the CCJ through court, or you just disputed it directly with the bank?

Was a CCJ actually made against you and did it show on your credit reference file? Does a CCJ show on your credit file now?

    Hi,

No I took it to the financial ombudsman and it was registered as a satisfied account with missed payments. On one of the cra's it mentioned low credit due to ccj..a little confused by it as it now says settled along with my closed RBS account (which wasn't overdrawn and closed by myself)

    Thanks
