EA wants to revisit...is this normal??

We instructed the chosen EA at the weekend, and the negotiator dropped round last night to take measurements and photos ready for the listing. The only thing left is our EPC, which is being carried out this weekend.
Oddly, i've just taken a call from the Sales Manager at the EA who has asked if he and a colleague can visit our house for another look around as 'it helps them to be able to sell it better if they can see it in person and not just by photos'. Is this normal? The negotiator did initially ask if he could bring his manager along with him when he came for the valuation, but unfortunately we struggled to come up with a time when we were all available around the time that we had already booked so he attended on his own. I've never known this to happen before....do we just have a very conciensious EA?

That just translates to me as the guy who did come round being new/inexperienced and his boss thinking that he missed several features that could be used to market it better so wants to come round and do the job properly!0

I've had a few agents do that in the past.
Not sure why people automatically think bad things. They gave a perfectly feasible reason.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Being the sales manager I can imagine they like to experience each property personally to better understand what they're selling.
Certainly anyone who's viewed houses know it's hard to really get a good feeling for a property from pictures. I'm sure it's the same for EAs.0 -

This has happened with the last four houses we have sold (different EAs, btw). In three out of the four properties it was the branch manager that initially came round and he asked if it was ok for the rest of his staff to visit in order to acquaint themselves with things so they wouldn't be seeing the house for the first time when they carried out a viewing. They would then be in a better position to talk knowledgeably about the house.
The fourth occasion it was the senior sales guy that took our house on and he later brought a couple of colleagues round......but not the manager who later almost caused us to lose our buyers as a direct result of him not knowing our house
Imho it's a very good idea and is an indication of thoroughness!Mortgage-free for fourteen years!

When we had one of the local EA's round to value he said that he has all his agents come see the property to ensure they know it before they do viewings.0
