Air miles credit card

Hi all,

I'm after a credit card recommendation that will give me air miles on all airlines.

I plan to use a mixture of airlines in the next few months Ryanair, Easyjet, BA and Singapore airline. Is there a card out there that will enable me to receive airmiles for these airline companies?

Thanks

BA give you avios, singapore have their own scheme and you won't get anything with the budget ones.

There's not one card to suit all airlines!

A good card that I suggest is always a good start for airmiles collecting is the American Express Preferred Rewards Card.

Earning rate is 1 membership reward point per £1 spent and has a decent bonus of 22,000 points(2000 extra bonus for being referred - PM for a referral link if you'd like to apply for the card) if able to spend £2,000 in the first three months and is free for the first year (after second year it's £140)

The membership reward points that you earn can be transferred to a whole load of different reward programs (BA, Virgin, Singapore, KLM/Air France, Etihad, Emirates etc).

I second that, I have this card and works pretty well for me: Membership Rewards points are by far the most flexible scheme, they can be exchanged for airlines miles or used for credit towards transactions (or as a currency on Amazon). Should be noted that the Gold card is a charge card and not a credit card, i.e. you can't carry a balance and there's no spending limit – but you have to pay in full every month.

Unless for example you pay with a card that gives you miles when you spend on it (BA AMEX Card springs to mind as an example)

Take a look at the AMEX range. Not the BA card.

And browse through the Headforpoints web site.
