1. Entry into this prize draw (the “Draw”) is open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 and over on the day of entry except for employees of any Virgin Atlantic company or agencies directly connected with Virgin Atlantic’s operations and/or creation of and administration of this Draw or their families.
2. The Winner and Guest must be available from 8 – 12 November 2016 to travel to New York City.
3. The Guest must be over the age of 12 years old.
4. The Prize consists the following:
   a. A pair of Economy return tickets from London Heathrow to New York City departing on the VS3 at 08:50 on 8th November, arriving into JFK at 12:00 and departing JFK on 11th November at 20:00 and arriving into London Heathrow at 07:55 on 12th November.
   b. Three nights (8th, 9th and 10th November) hotel accommodation in a standard double room at a four star hotel in Manhattan.
   c. Return transfers between New York JFK airport and the hotel.
   d. A pair of tickets to the U.S. film premiere screening of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them on the evening of the 9th November.
   e. A pair of tickets to a themed bus tour of New York City inspired by the film provided by On Location Tours.
   A total of 5 Prizes will be available in respect of the entire promotion period which runs from 5th to 26th October 2016 inclusive.
5. The Winner and Guest must hold valid passports and be eligible to enter the USA. The Winner and Guest must be responsible for organising their own ESTA or Visa
6. To enter this Draw please answer the question set on www.virginatlantic.com/fantasticbeasts All entries must be received before midnight (UK time) on 26 October 2016.
7. All eligible entries shall be entered in the Draw from which one winner of each Prize (“Winner”) will be selected at random on 31st October 2016. The Draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
8. Each Winner shall be notified by Virgin Atlantic on the day of the Draw using the email address through which the winning entry was submitted. If Virgin Atlantic does not receive the requested information within two days of the Draw date the Prize will be forfeited.
9. No alternative or compensation will be given if you cannot attend the Prize or any part thereof.
10. You and your chosen guest (“Guest”) must travel together for each stage of the Prize. If you wish to travel, attend the screening, or attend the tour alone or without your Guest, in each case the second ticket will be forfeited and no alternative or compensation will be given.
11. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person will be accepted and multiple entries will be counted as one entry. By entering the Draw you and you Guest agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. Information submitted by entrants, Winners and Guests will only be used by Virgin Atlantic for the purposes of administering the Draw, contacting the winners and otherwise in accordance with the terms and conditions. 13. All applicable taxes, fees, charges and surcharges relating to the Economy return tickets shall be paid by Virgin Atlantic.
14. The Winner and their Guest must abide by and are subject to Virgin Atlantic’s published Conditions of Carriage, which are available from Virgin Atlantic’s offices or via www.virginatlantic.com.
15. Virgin Atlantic schedules are subject to change without notice.
16. No Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles or tier points will be awarded. Flying Club miles cannot be redeemed to upgrade the flights.
17. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued.
18. The Winner and Guest will be solely responsible for all other arrangements and costs and expenses including but not limited to transport to and from London Heathrow airports, car parking charges, car hire, lounge access, meals and refreshments (other than those made available inflight on a complimentary basis), excess baggage, visas (including ESTAs), passports, excursions, attractions, travel insurance, medical insurance.
19. The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or promotional fare offered by Virgin Atlantic or any third party.
20. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that each Winner and Guest both give consent to the Promoter to publish their name and county of residence in association with the Prize in any and all forms or media as required by law or otherwise in connection with the promotion. Each Winner and Guest is expected to participate in reasonable publicity.
21. The Winner and Guest may be required to take part in reasonable post-competition publicity for Warner Bros. and may be filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded by Warner Bros. or other third parties for publicity and he/she consents to the use of his/her personal data for such purposes.
22. The Winner and his/her Guest may be required to sign Warner Bros.’ prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the Prize.
23. The name and county of the Winners will be published after 15 November 2016 on the website www.promowinners.com/fantasticbeasts (opens in a new window).
24. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold, bartered or substituted for any other prize. No cash alternative is available. Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative equivalent prize if for any reason beyond the control of Virgin Atlantic it is unable to award the Prize.
25. By entering the Draw, the Winner agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the promotion or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any Prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law). By redeeming the Prize the Guest agrees to an identical release and accepts the Prize at his/her own risk.
26. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
27. These terms and conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
