Price Difference: Celsius Clear/Blue

Just a quick one.

Would anyone here know the likely price difference between having 30m2 of Celsius Clear glass and the same area of Celsius Blue on a conservatory roof?

I've had a quote this morning for the 'extra,' but I'm not sure if the company are burying a previous oversight, in my favour, within it.

For obvious reasons I don't want to bring up the previous contract error, which happened on ordering 8 months ago. ;)

    Bump.

Any thoughts? I've decided the difference can't be £1k for a bit of tinting....

    .....but there again....

I have a job quote which may help. It states Celsius Clear £1813, Celsius Blue £1915. This may help you with relative differences.

    That's very helpful, Furts. Thanks.

It's as I thought; they've buried the £1k error in my favour in the upgrade from clear to blue.

Pardon the pun, but I prefer transparency in business matters.

I highly suspect that if you were to go with the original quote, they would find that 1k somewhere. Whether it be by cutting corners/under spec'ing/rushing/omitting things will be down to how best they can do it and hide it.

They aren't going to hide anything.

I have just asked for a breakdown of all the changes since the original contract, going both ways, and I expect to pay the £1k, but at least it will be itemised.

I hate paying for anything that isn't on a piece of paper somewhere. ;)
