Prize includes:
Overnight stay for two at a Champneys Spa in a standard room
Tour of Champneys Spa
Welcome drink
Use of resort facilities including 25 metre swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and whirlpool
Access to up to 20 different exercise classes per day
One hour of ‘Champneys Time’ includes a Head in the Clouds Massage and delicious Champneys Body Wrap (per person)
A health buffet breakfast, three course buffet lunch and evening meal
Complimentary robe hire and flip flops
Prize must be booked and taken within 6 months from the date of issue and is subject to availability.
Prize is not valid on Friday or Saturday nights.
Guests must be 16 years or over.
Champneys Spa resorts include:
Tring – Hertfordshire
Forest Mere – Hampshire
Henlow – Bedfordshire
Springs – Leicestershire
3 runners up - Champneys gift set. The type of gift set may vary.

The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over
One entry per household
The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of the prize
