Landord does not answer to my request of deposit back

Hi,
My tenancy ended the 1st September and I asked the landlord to return the deposit about 2 weeks later.
She replied only after few days saying that she was waiting for some quotes. It is now more than a month and she does not answer to my emails and text messages at all. I do not know what quotes she is referring to and from the inventory the only remark was about two tiles broken caused by the pavement not being flat...
The deposit is protected by TDS and the letting agent is Chancellors.
What should I do?
Please help!
Thanks in advance
