As well as having a good product, customer service is excellent, responded in less than 24 hours to a replacement brush query, whole new head unit on its way already. Ok so its a warranty claim 2 years in but still, friendly helpful, polite and efficient, a rarity these days despite all the hype of some companies.

Got one of these 2 weeks ago, and to say it is powerful is an understatement! Nearly lifted some newly laid carpet, and that was with the suction turned down.
Has made the job our previous vacuum did look like someone just licked the floors.
Not cheap, but well worth it.0 -
