Copyright Violation. Any Solicitors suggest where we can get help?

The difficulty with getting legal advice on the cheap is that the solicitor sometimes is not given all of the necessary information and may not have any time to ask for it.
If a legal professional doesn't have time to look into something or isn't given the full story with a copy of all relevant documents, you are likely to get an extremely risk-averse answer.0 -

Is the correct answer.0 -
An update.
The previous (2nd) letter was in Dec, I didn't respond and as suggested, I just binned it.
Now we have another letter from a solicitor and the amount they want has doubled. The letter is entitled "letter before action"
Interestingly, the solicitors address is the same as the copyright infringement firm.
Any words of wisdom would be great appreciated.
Thank you in anticipation.

Have you tried doing what Aubrey Thicket did in post 25? You should respond to an LBA not doing so could be viewed unfavourably by a court if they did decide to take action.0

Insurance Company solicitors. What a joke they are. My wife and I were in an RTA where an 18 year-old nutjob, a poor little rich kid, deliberately ran into the back of us and then assaulted the two of us as we sat in our car in the immediate aftermath of the collision. We were railroaded by an insurance company provided solicitor, who rang us while were still receiving hospital treatment, and in shock. They came on the phone all brash and "right we're going to do this, we're going to do that", we had no chance to think things through or decide to go with our own family solicitor. In the end we had to sack the insurance company solicitor after 3 years of our case being passed to 3 different solicitors in the company, 2 of whom had since left the company and the 3rd was just returned to work following the death of her father. And going by stories we've since heard from others, this wasn't unusual.0

Utterly irrelevant to this thread, which is not about insurance. If you want to have a rant, start your own thread.0
