DIY - work in which order??

I wonder if more experienced DIYers could advise me please, in which order I should do (or get done by a tradesman where necessary) work in my kitchen.

There are:
  1. A couple of power points to relocate
  2. A new sink/unit to be installed
  3. A new worktop to go on existing base units
  4. Walls and ceiling to be re-plastered
  5. Slate floor tiles to be laid over existing quarry tiles
Is that the right order in which the work should be done?

Many Thanks

The only thing I'd query is whether the sink is the type that butts up beneath the surfaces or slots in the top?

The rest looks fine to me. Definitely do the electrics, then plastering, then tiles.

Is it ok to lay slate on top of quarry tiles, btw?
