House Doctor– Additional T&Cs

1. The winner will receive:
a) £5,000 in the form of a cheque made payable to the winner only and to be spent at the winner’s discretion.
b) A conversation at a prearranged time over Skype or a similar international, free to use, video calling platform of the winners suggestion with House Doctor – Tracy Metro.
c) A mood board created by House Doctor – Tracy Metro to be sent via email to the winner after the initial Skype conversation.
2. The prize winner must book their conversation with House Doctor Tracy Metro within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail being sent from Channel 5 and at least two (2) weeks in advance of their preferred conversation date or the prize may be forfeited. The time of the call is at Tracy Metros sole discretion.
3. There will only be one (1) Skype conversation of a duration of no more than sixty (60) minutes.
4. The prize excludes additional treatments, conversations, gratuities, personal expenses and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize. Channel 5 and Tracy Metro bear no responsibility for internet strength or signal during the Skype conversation.
5. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferable.
6. The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.
7. A cheque for the money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail being sent from Channel 5.
8. The winner is not bound by any advice given by Tracy Metro. Any advice given is in an advisory manner only.
9. The winner can choose to spend their £5,000 as they choose at their sole discretion.
10. Channel 5 accepts no responsibility for any advice given by Tracy Metro nor is Channel 5 responsible for any home improvements the winner may or may not do based on this conversation.
