Capital One Refusing to remove fraud from my accoun"

Twice last year my credit card was used fraudulently which Capital One delat with in a timely manner and solved the problem.
This year, on my 3rd capital one card I've been hit again but neither myself or the bank know how becaused the new card has never been used.
I'm at my wits end - it's £425, money I can't afford to splash out on som efraudster enjoying himself!
Who should I contact and what should I do?
