Passport countersigning

I beening wanting to get a passport but i know no one on the countersigning list knows me for 2 years as i move about alot. (Care homes)
So i apper to be screwed due to 2 years needed.
What can i do?

As long as the person who countersigns your application is qualified to do so the length of time doesn't matter as You will have to attend an identification interview before your passport is issued.0 -

It does matter, to qualify the counter-signatory has to be known to you personally for 2 years. And yes, they do check, all of the people who countersigned my children's first passports gt phonecalls.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

This is a first time application for an adult who will be going for an ID interview. It will be accepted no matter how long they have known them.0 -
