I thought ebay bought gumtree for that mission.

I'm currently overseas but 2 weeks before I left I listed a whole load of things on Facebook, I had three definite takers, all of whom arranged collection times. Unfortunately all 3 had car issues and totally forgot to let me know they couldn't collect, what sort of co incidence is that! I re arranged and the day before I left I still had all 3 items sitting in my hallway uncollected.

The amount of people who can say 'yes I'll have it' and then find themselves completely unable to get near Facebook for days to let you know they can't be bothered to collect is amazing.
