Wheelchair accessible transfer -CDG to Disneyland!

Hello,
Just wondering if anyone had any tips on affordable transfers or private hire for a group of 3, one of whom is a wheelchair user. The chair is manual and isn't a fold up, although the wheels do come off. My friend who uses the chair is able to get herself from the chair into a car or coach.
Any help much appreciated!

We are using this company in November, have just looked and they say they have wheel chair friendly ones so worth enquiring.
