Hello, I'm really stressed out. I was looking for advice and stumbled across a page called JustAnswer UK.
I didn't realize that I had actually registered. It appeared like a forum on which I was going to ask a question. Little did I know it was a payment subscription site whereby you ask an expert a question.
Immediately after falling for the register, I realized it was all not what it seems and I have sent m=numerous emails and tried to call to ask them to cancel my account, terminate anything I may have set up with them.
I'm really very stressed with this as I DID NOT sign up for a free trial period.
Can anyone shed any light on this website and what I can do.
I have tried to log in to cancel anything but nothing seems to appear.
I am so stressed out and do not want to enter into a free trial with this company.
Any help would be much appreciated.

How did you not realised you had registered?
Did you not see the page with the debit/credit card request? Did you input your details?
Have you tried to ask for your money back? http://ww2.justanswer.co.uk/en-gb/shockingly-simple-justanswer-promise0 -
thanks the only way is up
no I have not given and bank details but the way it was set up I thought I was signing up to a forum like this where one asks a question to an online community.
I am not tech savy by any means.
I have emailed them to delete my account but they have not replied. I have also called.
It's really odd thought cos I actually thought I was just registering for a forum.
I assume I have registered for a free trial period which I did not know and I don't want this.
I have no idea what to do as it all seems to be behind closed doors - the phone line is engaged0 -
the only details I added was my email and created a user name - that's all - nothing else - it was only when I checked back feeling a bit unnerved that I saw signs fro free trial period etc .....0

If you did not add any bank or card details then there is no need to worry about it.0

OP you can stop stressing out, they have no card/bank details for you so you wont be charged for it.0 -
The worst than happen is that you are now on their mailing list and may get loads of spam e-mail from them and whoever they sell or pass details to.
Getting your account closed won't necessarily prevent this from happening as once details get added to these lists, it's often impossible to get them off.0
