SCHEDULE 1
THE PROMOTION
The Promotion shall be as follows:

1. The Promotion will be for Consumers who enter the Come Home to Princes promotion via comehometoprinces.co.uk
2. The Prizes to be supplied by Princes are as follows:

• Recipe Competition

1 x £3,000 cash

• Weekly Competiton

17 x £50 supermarket vouchers

1. Consumers can enter their own original Come Home to Princes Recipe using Princes canned meat products.

1. From September 2016 recipes entered will be available on comehometoprinces.co.uk for Consumers to vote for their favourite recipe

1. Votes will only be counted once and the competition is restricted to one entry per email address.

1. The selected winner of the Recipe Competition prize will be informed by email of their prize in January 2017. The selected winners of the Weekly Competitions will be informed by email of their prize during the week following their entry.

1. By entering the competition, entrants agree to having their recipe recreated by Princes and photographed for use on the Princes website and in the media. Entrants agree to being name checked in media where appropriate following the competition.

1. Princes may contact winners to ask for their recipe and personal story to appear in public relations activity.

Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Eligibility: Entrants must be resident in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and be over 18 years of age or over. Employees of Princes Ltd (the ‘Promoter’), their immediate families, agencies, associates, printers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded. Offer excludes residents of the Republic of Ireland.
2. We reserve the right to deem as invalid any entries: (a) from third parties, organized groups or applications automatically generated by computer; (b) which are incomplete, corrupted, altered or fraudulent, or (c) which do not accord in all respects with these terms and conditions.

RECIPE COMPETITION
To enter, consumers must visit the website and upload the following information:

• Name
• Location
• Email address
• Recipe name
• Recipe method
• Recipe image (optional)

The competition is judged on the number of votes each recipe receives and the final closing date to upload recipes is 1.1.17.
All winners must claim their prize within 28 days of the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize to a reserve winner selected at the same time as the original in the event of a non claim with no liability.
By submitting a recipe you confirm that the recipe and any images of the recipe you submit are your own and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any other legal requirements. You also confirm that the Promoter has the right to display the recipe and any images of the recipe on this site and in any other publicity material. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any recipe images or words you submit with a substituted recipe image or words for use on this site or in any publicity materials. The Promoter may also request that winners appear in publicity.
WEEKLY PRIZE DRAW
To enter, consumers must visit the website and upload the following information:

• Name
• Email address
• Street address
• Telephone number

The prize draw for each week will take place within 2 days of the closing date of that weekly prize draw and will be overseen by an independent person. 1 winner per week will be drawn at random and will be contacted via the email address they submitted via the entry form. They will be informed within a further 3 days. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners but in the event that they cannot be contacted with 21 days a replacement winner will be drawn.
All winners must claim their prize within 28 days of the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize to a reserve winner selected at the same time as the original in the event of a non claim with no liability.
No purchase is necessary and entries can only be made via the website.
Only one entry per person may be submitted. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.
There are no alternative prizes available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternatives of equal or greater value. Prize is non-transferable.
The name and town of residence of the winners will be displayed at www.comehometoprinces.co.uk for a period of up to 3 months.
General: Names, counties and photographs of prize winners will be used for publicity purposes without any further recompense.
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the Promoter that are final in all matters relating to the promotion.
Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries/claims including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid disappointment.
