PS4 Fifa 17 Offer

I bought a PS4 with Fifa 17 Free 4 day offer last week BuyPS4 500GB Blu-Ray console (Black C Chassis)_500GB £149.00 £100 pound off for 4 days and get Fifa 17 free bought it on there website paid by credit card all went thought and the following morning i get an email off them saying:

Dear Mr Hamer,
We're sorry, but we're unable to complete your Tesco Direct order 4D3JN84H]. but they have still sent the fifa 17 game but charged me for it when it was free.

Are they allowed to do this any help much appreciated.

That is very sneaky indeed, was there any further details as to why this may have happened?

Have you phoned Tesco Direct to see what they suggest? Im guessing it will be to take the game back and they will issue a refund.

I saw these deals posted by a tonne of 'student moneysaving' type sites on FB, the £150 playstation deal.

I dont know enough about playstations to know whether it was a 'good deal' or a clear mistake, but it was posted constantly everywhere, and I am not surprised they all sold out.

Tesco's eCommerce system is quite literally the worst I have ever encountered. It doesn't surprise me on bit they they have done this heck they give ou 15 minutes to cancel an order after placing it and then all you can do is refuse delivery.

Absolutely useless.
