Hi ... and welcome to the forum ......
your learning curve is about to get steep
first and foremost .....
you have not been fined !
you will need to have a read through the newbies thread
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822
G24 are part of the IPC so you can quick read the BPA sections .....
all the acronyms are to be found in the thread
you never ignore PPC invoices ... unless in Scotland
lastly if you are using a phone to browse , then a PC/laptop may make things easier ...
so read up and come back for more help / advice
and more information such as where did this dastardly deed take place ?
good luck

G24 are particularly bad at paper work but often send letters saying they won't respond to your letters which does hack me off. Our staff member got two one I proved he shopped in the homebase and they dropped. They also mentioned POPLA in there letters to us even thought they arent member of the bpa anymore.
They keep sending us letters on one ticket and I write back to be ignored. It essence its a poker game, they say they will charge you and hope you believe the threat is real enough for you to pay.
You must reply but don't pay.0
