House to Home (MAGS) comp won't let me update my details?

Hi, I signed up to house to homes competitions a while ago and just thought i'd look at my account details the other day. I realised I hadn't ticked the boxes to stop them sending me information, however when I changed it and pressed update it resets them back! Also when I tried to deactivate my account it wouldn't let me!! I've tried contacting them but haven't had a reply. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or knows how to fix it? I've had the same problem in reverse ! Deactivated a few months ago and now it won't let me reactivate.Looks like it has worked but then entering a comp it just goes direct to my details page and nothing has changed.No response to email either !
