There seems to be many organisations doing collectives these days which will often beat the best deal on the open market I presume.
Is there anywhere you can find what collectives are upcoming to register with?

    I've never yet found a 'collective deal' that comes in the top half dozen or so available at the time; that includes the MSE ones on the CEC.

    It might just be my particular combination of usage and location, maybe they're targeted at inner-city low users, I have no idea.
