HELP - E Drive - Which one???

Hi

Sorry, but I am a real techno thickie! I have just taken on a committee role for a charity and after successfully updating some files with my details now need to save to a disc. Seems to be working okay, but then says I need to write this file to CD, but when I click "next" it says to insert a writable CD into Drive E, I have tried both the CD slots and neither works - WHY???!!!
One has DVD/RW / CD/RW on, the other DVD ROM.

PLease help somebody!

Hayley

go into my computer and see if either drive has E drive by its title.
then right click and select eject
  • Go to My Computer and have 2 different discs in ie. a dvd and a normal cd. THat should help.
  • Many thanks, have established which one, but unfortunately it is broken! Took a while to get it to eject and won't do anything, hey ho, think my toddler may have been playing with it!
