PCN's Private Land Deception

Just wanted to say with regards to companies that try and copy the council issued PCN's with yellow envelopes and wording, surely the law should be changed about this to stop companies tricking people into thinking the PCN is really a PCN and not just a invoice.

I am sure thousands of motorists fall for this purely due to how the PCN's look like and get scared into paying due to the appearance and threating wording. Banning the Yellow envelope for private firms should be made law and clearly make them change the wording.

Since you will already be making complaints to various entities about your fake PCN, you should be adding these comments to the correspondence you will be sending to Mrs May and Co.

That's a good point well made.

Since you will already be making complaints to various entities about your fake PCN, you should be adding this comments to Mrs May and Co.
