iPad iOS 10 update caused autofil change - tech help please

My iPad updated itself this morning, now my autofil doesn't work in the same way. I used to fill the whole form with one click, now it takes up to 6 clicks, as it offers me a confirmation box each time, once for my name, address and email. I switched it off and on again, which sorted out some other problems - I couldn't highlight to copy, and the battery drained in less than three hours - those are resolved now. Any clever techno bods know how I can get one click autofil back?
