Spider-web type markings on newly plastered wall?

We have just had our walls plastered, and the finish is really smooth and looks great apart from 2 or 3 small areas of spider-web looking type markings. I am worried these will dry out and flake (the job was only finished yesterday). Is this normal? Will the diluted paint and subsequent coats of emulsion cover it up ok? Why would this happen?
Thanks

Why would this happen?
Sometimes it can be caused by too much suction in the walls, it's unlikely paint will cover up this crazing, best to give them a call. Do not use VINYL paint for your first coat.0 -
There were a couple of small areas like this when we skimmed parts of our kitchen walls ourselves.
I removed any loose bits with a filling knife (tap with finger and listen to see whats loose). I then brushed over the affected areas with watered down PVA. I skimmed over with polyfilla before gently sanding it smooth.
But we put lining paper up before painting so it didnt matter having some PVA on the surface.
Definitely consult with the plasterer first though as hopefully theyll sort it out.

If its only light sort of crazing lines, and it probably looks a slightly different colour, but just slightly, then I wouldnt worry.
As I have painted hundreds of new plastered walls, and about 80% of them has had some spidery lines.
Your coats of paint will cover it, and you will never see it.
I dont think its actual crazing, as that appears if you dont diluite your first coat of emulsion to use as a miscoat, and I would still slightly dilute the second coat also.
If you are still worried about it, dont apply the PVA  , but dilute some oilbase undercoat (with white spirit) and put that on these lines, when dry, emulsion.
I'm with Eco re: the Vinyl, use either contract matt or supermatt, and DONT use silk on your new walls, without doing a miscoat or 2 miscoats of your contract or supermatt.0
