Euro car parks, not parked in marked bay?

Great thank you for all that information.
Just wondering do you think I should just stick with that one point for my argument, cos if I try to explain why the car was parked like that due to the other car parking over too - does they make me out like I was at fault and must have been driving or know the driver?
Nor are we saying 'explain why the car was parked like that...!
Nope, that's not a feature of a decent POPLA appeal. You will have searched the forum for POPLA and found loads by now I assume? Also two weeks ago, template appeal points for POPLA appeals were added in 'POPLA Decisions' so you should add 3 or 4 of those, the same ones you see in every POPLA appeal. Easy to find in the penultimate page of the top thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi,
I just wanted to say a great big thank you to you all for your help on this matter. Good news I have just received back an email from POPLA saying my appeal was successful and euro car parks do not want to contest the appeal.
For my appeal I ended up just going down the notice to hirer points as stated above and not why the car was parked outside the bay.
I'm over the moon as you have saved me over £100 so thank you! 😀0 -
Well done Nemm.
As you've just discovered, a keeper or hirer stands a much better chance of winning their appeal than an "outed" driver. Please pass this advice on to your family and friends - just in case they ever receive a PCN from a Private Parking Company.0
